Terms and conditions

For Standard Chartered Employee Banking:

1. Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers, privileges, vouchers, loyalty program, privilege card(s) and mutually exclusive.
2. Payment must be made with Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad debit or credit cards.
3. Presentation of the same Standard Chartered debit / credit card together with employee / staff tag / lanyard is required upon checking in.
4. Promotion is not valid for group reservations (5 rooms and above).
5. Prior reservation is required and subject to room availability. Room reservation can be done via OFFICIAL WEBSITE.
6. F&B Promotion is valid for dine-in à la carte menu only. Not applicable for takeaway, delivery, in-room dining, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, buffet meals and other packages and promotions.
7. A prior dining reservation is required and subject to availability.
8. Spa offer is valid for à la carte spa treatment only. Prior LexSpa reservation is required and subject to availability.
9. All prices will be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes, if applicable.
10. Standard Chartered is not an agent of the merchant, their subsidiary or affiliate and makes no representation / warranties / endorsement as to the quality / merchantability / fitness of the goods and services provided (“Product”) and shall not be liable for any injury / loss / damages suffered from use of Product. Refer to the merchant for Product queries / issues.
11. Lexis Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Payment must be made with Standard Chartered Bank Priority Banking Visa Infinite credit card, Priority Banking Visa debit card, Priority Worldmile MasterCard, Priority Banking Mastercard debit card-I or Standard Chartered Bank Priority and Priority Private China Union Pay card issued in any country.
3. Presentation of the same Standard Chartered Bank Priority Banking debit or credit card is required upon checking in.
