The following Terms and Conditions, together with any additional terms applicable to your selected room type or promotional package, govern all hotel bookings made with Grand Lexis Port Dickson and form a binding agreement between you and Grand Lexis Port Dickson. Where any inconsistency arises, the specific terms of the relevant room or package will take precedence, followed by the general Terms and Conditions. We kindly invite you to review them before confirming your booking. By proceeding with a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All rates displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be automatically calculated and reflected in the total payable amount upon rate selection.
- Mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx): In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) Order 2017, the TTx of RM10.00 nett per room, per night is applicable to all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please note that the Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost.
- Fi Lestari (Sustainable Fee): In line with the Negeri Sembilan State Government's directive, a Fi Lestari (Sustainable Fee) of RM4.00 nett per room, per night is applicable to all guests, effective 1st November 2025. This fee is not included in the room rate and shall be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. A nominal charge may apply for late check-out.
- Where applicable, a surcharge may apply for guaranteed sea view rooms, subject to availability. Please refer to our Reservations team to enquire on surcharges that may apply.
- A mandatory Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in and payment can be made by cash or credit card:
• RM200 per night for Villas
• RM600 per night for Suites - Requests for specific rooms are subject to a surcharge, which varies depending on the type of request. For further details, please contact our team at reservations@grandlexispd.com.
- Maximum number of occupants:
• Deluxe Pool Villas: 2 persons
• Sky, Executive, Premium, Grand, Garden & Grand Garden Pool Villas: 4 persons
• Deluxe & Premier Suites: 4 persons
• Sky Pool Grand Villas: 6 persons - Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Baby cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability.
- Extra beds/rollaway beds are not available at the Hotel.
- Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons beyond the stated occupancy limit are chargeable at the Hotel’s discretion. A charge of RM60 nett per person applies to the 3rd and 4th person in rooms if amenities are requested.
- This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in prohibited areas may incur a fine of RM10,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, as per Malaysian law. A RM1,000 cleaning fee will be imposed on guests found smoking in enclosed areas of their rooms.
- Pets are not permitted on the property. Cooking in rooms, bringing in raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, outside packed food, and use of cooking appliances are strictly prohibited.
- Room decorations by third parties are not permitted. Special decoration packages are available via request and subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM150 nett is required for guests checking in with decorative items such as banners, balloons, glitter, or confetti. These items must be fully removed upon check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as cleaning fees if decoration materials cause excessive litter or damage.
