- Room offer is not valid for group reservations (5 rooms and above).
- Prior reservation is required and subject to room availability.
- For F&B and Spa offers, presentation of AEON Member Plus Visa Card or member profile on AEON Wallet App is required before payment of meals and appointment of spa.
- F&B offer is valid for non-promotional items, i.e., from the ala carte menu, regular buffet rates and alcoholic drinks.
- F&B offer is not valid for tobacco products, i.e., cigars and cigarettes.
- For Spa offer, prior reservation is required, only valid for customers aged 21 and above, and is subject to slot availability.
- With effect from 1 January 2023, the Federal Government of Malaysia has reimplemented the mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10.00nett per room per night on all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders. This amount is to be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check in. This tax is in accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysians Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) order 2017. All Malaysians are exempted.
