Port Dickson Travel InformationGrand Lexis is easily accessible via the North - South Expressway and Port Dickson - Seremban Highway. The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is just an hour's drive away from the resort. It takes only about an hour and a half from Kuala Lumpur. Among the places of interest located nearby are Lukut Museum and Fort, PD Ostrich Farm, Royal Port Dickson Yatch Club and the Armed Forces Museum. The state of Negeri Sembilan is associated with the Minangkabau culture and is reflected by the upswept roofs reminiscent of buffalo horns. One might want to take a drive to Seremban, the state capital which is about 20 minutes from the Resort. Here, one can visit the State Museum, Cultural Handicraft Complex, the State Mosque, Lake Gardens and the numerous shopping centres. Other major languages used are Chinese and Tamil. The government has also been encouraging the front liners of hotels and tourism-related business people to learn other international languages. Climate Time Dress Code However, do dress appropriately when dining out in restaurants or going for a night out, particularly in cities. Certain establishments also have a dress code. It is also important to dress decently (no shorts) when visiting villages and also any places of worship. Dressing in clothing of breathable and light material is advised. Comfortable and warm garments need to be worn only at hill resorts.
